1.1 Shipping Method:


  • Digital games / Software are sent solely via email, and by buying any digital game / software on D2P, you agree for D2P to keep the original retail box of the game
  • Physical products are shipped using the conventional post office. Shipping time to European countries takes usualy around 7 - 14 working days. All shipments are insured and are recommended which means we will always recieve a receipt from the post office confirming the proof of postage and delivery.
  • Please be advised that you can allways check your order history on your D2P account if your order e-mail cant be found, sometimes it can be found in the spam folder in your e-mail account.

 

 1.2 Shipping Time:


  • Shipping time is clearly specified in the product description, 99% of the products are sent automatically by our system after payment. You can view the status of your order in your purchase history.
  • For security reasons, our system verifies all information sent to paypal or the payment method that you used. Automatically, if the system detects an error, your CD key will not be sent and must be reviewed by the D2P team. This process can take up to 24 hours, the D2P team will have the right to accept or reject your purchase and return the money.
  • You will have to use real information before you can purchase anything at D2P. Any use of fraud information may result in a ban from D2P.

 

1.3 Orders Cancellation:


  • D2P reserves the right to cancel any incoming order which it might believe to be of suspicous nature (such as unauthorised / fraud payments etc.). Similar paid orders are refunded and the goods are not delivered.
  • We cannot cancel orders if you have already received the product, as there is no way to re-sell that item.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before your order has been sent, please contact us immediately and we will refund you in 24 hours.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, once the digital item has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund.  If your order has been charged but not shipped, we can refund you.
  • We hope our customers can understand that when a digital item has been shipped, it can be activated
  • online and therefore we cannot accept a return as it is not possible for us to resell that item.


1.4 Order / Preorder Returns and Refunds policy:


  • For digital games and software, once they has been delivered there is no return or refund of any kind. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • For digital games and software D2P is NOT responsible for regional, language or any other upcoming restrictions!
  • No refunds will be issued based on a glitch in a game, the noncompliance with the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer, for lack of pleasure during the game, or because the buyer did not read the product specifications mentioned by D2P team.
  • If you buy a game which is a pre-order you won't be able to cancel your preorder 7 days before the official release date of the game. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR PREORDER A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLY. Please note that this is a pre-order and will be delivered on release day or date specified by the D2P team, we may change the date of delivery without notification. If Game is not delivered with in 48 hours from the given date we will refund your game fully without a refund fee and you will get a 20% credit of the amount you pay in store credit.
  • If you purchased a game which is a pre-order you have a price protection guaranty for the first 48 hours after your purchase. If we drop the price after 48 hours of your order you may have the right to request a voucher code with the difference. No refund will be offer and only store credit will be available. We may refuse to give you a store credit or refund before 7 days of the official release date.

1.5 You can ONLY receive a refund if:


  • If in more than 24 hours after payment you have not received the product.
  • If the product you buy is out of stock and team direct2play.com warns it will not be available in the next 24 hours.
  • If there is an error with your game (Invalid, Used, etc.) And there is no replacement. We will require proof of the issue, we may test the product to make sure it was faulty before we issue you a full refund or a replacement.


1.6 Products guarantees policy:


  • The guarantee policy of D2P for physical goods is in accordance with EU legislation. Most of the products have 90 days guarantee period in which D2P CD Keys replaces or refunds any product damage or disfunction caused by the producer of the product.

    If you experience any difficulties with the product you have purchased contact us first with your problem description accompined with screenshots or photos made by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. It might take up to 14 business days to process your request since we will have to contact our suppliers.Any returned physical goods shipping costs are covered solely by the customer. D2P is not obliged to cover these costs.

  • If you have an issue with your product We reserve the right to use remote access (Teamviewer) to verify the issue and to resolve it at our discrection.
